EDWARD OSAMMOR - MANAGING PARTNER (Click for details)

Edward is a dual qualified lawyer admitted to practice in the United Kingdom and Nigeria. He was called to the bar at Gray's Inn, England, in 1999 and subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar. Edward graduated from the University of London (queen Mary and Westfield College) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics (1995) and Bachelor of Laws (1997). In 1998 he was awarded a Masters degree form the Centre for Commercial Laws (CCLS), Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London.

Edward was an Erasmus scholar and attended the Universite Luigi Bocconi, Milan, Italy. He is a member of various professional bodies including Gray's Inns of Court, The Law Society of England and Wales, the International Bar Association and the Nigerian Bar Association.

Edward has a vast experience working at both the local and international levels, this includes working at DG Competition of the European Commission in Brussels, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, London, CMS Cameron McKenna, London and Cineworld Cinemas (UGC), London as legal and property consultant.

Edward is a Notary Public and as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

ADEMOLA ADETOKUNBO ESAN

Demola obtained a Bachelor of law degree from the London Metropolitan University, England, and a Master in Finance from the University of Leicester, England. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004.

Demola, has had a varied and wide career in the legal field having first served as a officer of the London Metropolitan Police for a number of years before venturing into the legal field.
His subsequent work experience has been focused mainly the private equity, banking and finance arena. He has gained valuable legal and industry knowledge in this area having worked for top equity and asset management firms within the square mile of the City of London. These includes Zurich Asset Management, Jupiter Asset Management, AXA Investment Managers and Prudential Financial Managers.

Demola specialises in banking and finance and brings his wealth of knowledge in the international financial sector to the firm.
Demola is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

CHIEF DAVID BALOGUN

Chief Balogun is a graduate of Law (LLB) of the University of Northumberland, England and also obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in European and International Law from the same institution and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004.

David started off his career as an officer of the State Secret Service (SSS) and retired after 11 years of active service. He then became a member of NADECO where he was an instrumental member fighting for the restoration of democratic rule in Nigeria.

David is an avid writer and columnist and has written numerous books as well as contributed to newspaper and magazine columns.
David is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
