Our corporate responsibility policy focuses on both our internal and external methods of doing business. We view our business as a cohesive unit. Whilst we may not be the biggest we believe in having a big impact on both our internal and external environment.
Internal Corporate Responsibility - Our internal code of practice, along with our anti corruption policy
focuses on voluntarily bring the best employment practices to bear on our staff. We believe in training
and providing our staff with a means of continuing education and learning. We believe that this not only
improves our staff but also improves our client service and ultimately our business.
We strictly adhere to employment laws and provide our staff with voluntary contributions, medical access
and other benefits.
External Corporate Responsibility - We believe in leading from the front. Our corporate responsibility
program aims at bring out the best in people not just in our organization but also in our wider community.
In order to achieve this, we provide students with scholarships, in primary, secondary and tertiary
institutions in Nigeria. We provide pro bono legal advice and free representation at police stations,
tribunals and courts.
At E. C. Osammor & Co, we also support non governmental organizations (NGOs), such as Youth
Integration for African development (YIFAD) with legal advice and representation and were we can
through financial assistance.
